UPDATE #1 (8:42 AM UTC): Hi folks. Just to let you know that keys should now be rolling out in Turkey shortly as well. We know there've been a few of you yet to receive your keys, and there was a little issue that's now been resolved. In short, fulfilment for that region is now under way, so you ought to receive those keys within the next few hours.

Here it is, folks. The moment we've all been waiting for. It's GTA V pre-load time!

PC keys for GTA V have started going out and should be with you shortly. There are lots to go out, and we'll be doing it in waves over the next few hours, so don't worry if you don't get yours immediately. Be assured, though, everyone who ordered GTA V from us will get their keys!

Once you do get your key, here are the instructions (courtesy of Rockstar) that you'll need to follow to redeem it and start installing the game:

1. You will receive an email from Green Man Gaming with your unique Rockstar Activation Code and a link to download Grand Theft Auto V. Please be sure to save that email or print it out, since you will need to enter this code during game installation.
2. From your PC, click the Download link in that email or just click here to get started.
3. You will be prompted to sign in to your existing Rockstar Games Social Club account. If you do not already have a Social Club account, follow the directions to create one and then retry the link.
4. Click on “USE ROCKSTAR CODE” and enter your unique Rockstar Activation Code when prompted. Then click on the “ACTIVATE” button.
5. The site will ask you to confirm that you are activating GTAV for PC. Then click on the “CONFIRM” button.
6. Click on “DOWNLOAD FOR WINDOWS” to download the GTAV installer to your PC.
7. Follow the instructions in the installer to complete the installation process.

Lost your Social Club password? No problem! Click here to reset your Social Club password.

Please note that this will only send you a reset password link if you use the correct email address. If you are sure you have a Social Club account but do not receive a reset when using that link, try using any other of your email addresses you may have used to originally sign up. 

If you’re not yet a registered member of the Rockstar Games Social Club, signing up is easy and free. Click here to create your profile, link your games and get access. 

If your download was successful, but you are still having problems entering your Rockstar Activation Code or running the game, get detailed technical support fromrockstargames.com/support.
